Services
I provide psychological services to patients located in California, including telehealth (video) therapy, assessments, and interprofessional care coordination. I am in-network with Aetna and Tricare and will be in-network with United Healthcare soon.

Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based, and integrative therapy for challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, moral injury, and life transitions, blending approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT with mindfulness practices and tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs.
Therapy begins with a 60-minute consultation to review history and goals, followed by 50-minute sessions paced to support readiness for change. Many clients complete their work in three to six months, while others with more complex concerns benefit from longer-term care.
Clients often leave therapy with practical tools, greater clarity about their patterns and strengths, and a renewed sense of confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.
Veterans Process Group
Our Veterans Process Groups provide a supportive space where veterans can explore and process the unique challenges of military service and life after transition. In guided group sessions, participants engage in meaningful dialogue, reflection, and evidence-based exercises designed to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and connection.
These 60-minute group sessions address experiences such as PTSD, moral injury, grief, and the ongoing impact of service-related stress. By combining professional guidance with peer support, the group creates an environment where veterans can share their stories, gain perspective, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. These groups provide veterans with a space to develop understanding, enhance coping skills, and connect with a community that genuinely understands their journey.

Psychological Assessments
Psychodiagnostic Assessment
Psychodiagnostic assessments provide a structured, evidence-based evaluation of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive symptoms to determine whether specific mental health diagnostic criteria are met. Using clinical interview, standardized measures, and record review when appropriate, assessments are designed to clarify diagnostic questions and support informed treatment planning.
The process typically includes an in-depth intake session followed by targeted testing selected to address the referral question. Findings are integrated into a comprehensive report outlining diagnostic impressions, clinical formulation, and practical recommendations for treatment, referrals, or accommodations.
Clear, clinically grounded feedback is provided to clients and referring providers to support next steps, including initiating or refining care and coordinating with other professionals.
Personality Assessment
Personality assessments provide an objective, standardized evaluation of personality traits, emotional patterns, and interpersonal functioning. They are particularly useful when diagnostic clarity is needed, treatment progress has stalled, or longstanding patterns are affecting relationships, work, or self-concept.
The assessment includes a comprehensive clinical interview and empirically validated personality measures. Findings are integrated to clarify psychological strengths, vulnerabilities, and underlying dynamics, offering insight beyond symptom-based evaluation.
Feedback is provided in a collaborative session focused on how personality patterns influence behavior, coping, and treatment response. When appropriate, assessments may also address workplace functioning or inform treatment selection, supporting more targeted and effective care.

Interprofessional Services
Interprofessional Consultation
Interprofessional consultations integrate expert psychological review into ongoing clinical or medical care to support complex diagnostic and treatment decisions. This service is designed for professionals seeking a collaborative partner to help clarify challenging cases, refine formulations, or align treatment approaches across disciplines.
Consultations may involve case review, diagnostic feedback, test interpretation, or recommendations for evidence-based interventions. The process emphasizes clear communication, respect for professional roles, and practical guidance that can be directly applied within the referring provider’s scope of practice.
Interprofessional consultations help reduce fragmentation of care and enhancestreatment effectiveness. The goal is to support providers in delivering high-quality, ethically sound, and well-integrated services to their patients.
Provider Referral
Provider referral services connect patients with expert psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy when specialized evaluation or treatment is indicated. Referrals are handled with attention to clinical fit, diagnostic needs, and continuity of care, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate support.
Referred services may include psychodiagnostic assessment, personality evaluation, or targeted therapy to address specific mental health concerns. When appropriate, findings and recommendations are shared with the referring provider to support coordinated treatment planning and informed clinical decision-making.
This referral process is designed to complement existing care, not replace it. By facilitating clear communication and collaborative follow-up, provider referrals help ensure that patients benefit from comprehensive, well-aligned mental health services.
