Individual Therapy

Balanced stack of smooth stones beside a flowing creek, symbolizing mindfulness, emotional balance, and inner peace in therapy

I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based, and integrative therapy for challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, moral injury, and life transitions. My approach blends approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT with mindfulness and Zen Buddhist principles, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs.

Therapy begins with a 60-minute consultation to review history and goals, followed by 50-minute sessions paced to support readiness for change. Many clients complete their work in three to six months, while others with more complex concerns benefit from longer-term care.

Clients often leave therapy with practical tools, greater clarity about their patterns and strengths, and a renewed sense of confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.

I provide telehealth sessions across California through Headway and am in-network with Aetna.

Psychological Assessments

A calm lake reflects a dense forest with a foggy mountain in the background, symbolizing self-reflection, clarity, and the journey of psychological assessment.

Psychological assessments are a valuable tool for better understanding your mental health, behavior, and overall well-being. Using evidence-based testing methods, we evaluate areas such as mood, personality, cognitive functioning, and emotional resilience. Assessments can help clarify diagnoses, identify underlying concerns, and inform tailored treatment recommendations.

Whether you’re seeking clarity around conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, or learning differences, or simply want deeper insight into your patterns and strengths, our assessment process provides a structured, supportive way to explore these questions. The results not only offer answers but also serve as a foundation for effective therapy, personal growth, and informed decision-making.

Veterans Process Group

Rows of USA flags on a lawn representing support and community for veterans in process group therapy

Our Veterans Process Groups provide a supportive space where veterans can explore and process the unique challenges of military service and life after transition. In guided group sessions, participants engage in meaningful dialogue, reflection, and evidence-based exercises designed to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and connection.

The group addresses experiences such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, moral injury, grief, and the ongoing impact of service-related stress. By combining professional guidance with peer support, the group creates an environment where veterans can share their stories, gain perspective, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. These groups offer veterans a place to build understanding, strengthen coping skills, and connect with a community that truly understands their journey.
